You get points by: Winning sig battles, sig competitions, getting members onto the site, contributing well enough ect etc.. Can you see a report button above every post? I can't..

Because posting is not earning points. And also we wan't to host competitions where you earn points. If you get points every time you make a post then you would get your bar full straight away. We will award points to users who have been making good posts. But earning them would attract more members..
